The Rochester Community Schools Foundation is a non profit organization which administers the application process for a number of scholarships, including the Emily Victoria Solek Memorial Scholarship.  Please refer to their website for the online application and note that one additional essay is required for the Emily Victoria Solek Memorial Scholarship application.
